LIVELIHOODS SKILLS TRAINING

The Livelihood Skills Program empowers women and vulnerable populations with the practical skills and tailored training in various hands-on trades and entrepreneurial skills, including tailoring, farming, craft-making, digital literacy, and small business managementnecessary for economic independence and community development

THE VOICE PROGRAM

THE VOICE Program empowers young girls through education, mentorship, and life skills training. Its primary goal is to cultivate confidence, resilience, and leadership qualities. The program focuses on creating a supportive environment for personal growth. Ultimately, it strives to inspire girls to realize their full potential.

PEACE & VIOLENCE PREVENTION

The Peace and Violence Prevention program offers training workshops on conflict analysis, negotiation, and mediation techniques, including community dialogues that bring together diverse stakeholders—such as youths, elders, and local leaders—to foster understanding, mutual respect, and collaborative problem-solving, enabling participants to address disagreements peacefully.

EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PROGRAM

The Educational program supports adolescent girls and boys with opportunities for education, and to develop the leadership skills they need to become peer-leaders and change agents, capable of helping themselves, of shaping a positive and sustainable society that rejects violence. 

YOUTH LEADERSHIP

The Young Business Leaders Program is a dynamic and innovative designed, using a combination of interactive workshops, mentorship opportunities, networking events, and hands-on projects, to cultivate the next generation of ethical and visionary leaders who are committed to making a positive impact on society.

BRIDGING CULTURES INITIATIVE

The Bridging Cultures Program fosters meaningful connections between young people around the world. This groundbreaking program seeks to create a platform where youth from diverse backgrounds can come together to share ideas, experiences, and perspectives on pressing issues that affect their regions, cultures, and environments.
