The Emmanuel Ivorgba Foundation's Board of Directors (BoD) works to ensure Sound Management practices, makes conflict-free decisions, considers legal standards and industry practices, creates a culture of integrity at all levels, ensures effective and ethical operations, business and budget planning, risk management, financial reporting and public relations, including management and training of staff and volunteers, and ensures that the organization is meeting its responsibilities as well as ensuring the activities are funded and properly implemented.
